Stock Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any availability issues with products you have ordered.

Pricing

All prices on this website are for online orders or phone orders only. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include gst. These prices are subject to change without notice, we will inform you of any price changes that affect your order.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments. You can also pay by Direct Credit into our bank by using a reference number provided in the checkout process. Orders will be shipped once payment is received.

Shipping

The following shipping charges apply to all orders: Auckland $4; North Island $8; South Island $10.  $5 extra will be charged for rural delivery addresses.  We use Fastway Couriers for all deliveries.  Most orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days, depending on stock availability.  Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Errors

We try to ensure that all information on our website is correct and up to date. We are only human and sometimes make mistakes or get behind in updating stock availability. We apologise for any errors and appreciate your feedback if you come across anything that doesn't seem right.
